I have looked at every picture of this microwave and the handle appears to be white as the microwave is. Well I finally received my microwave yesterday and to my surprise the handle is not white. looks more of a very off white/egg shell more closer to light tan. Does not match the white of the front of the microwave. So the picture you see here makes it look like it is white as the front of the microwave door is. Not even close. You can however if you don't care let it slide because the buttons is the color as you see on here and so the handle might be okay with it. Also this one microwave I got I think couple things are missing. There is showing two little metal pieces holding the glass on the door left top and bottom and I found where the other two would go on the right and there is none holding it. So I don't know if it is suppose to be there or what. plus the logo on the door "OSTER" is like a metal sticker It is bent a little so it is not sticking correctly so I think some point this will fall off if I can't glue it on. not to mention a plastic covering this logo that is wrinkled not smoothed out. So whoever put this one together overlooked the inspection of this item. I am however sending it back because the defaults and I thought the handle was white. If the handle was white I would have sent it back to get another one because of the defects to it. But first would call Oster to verify some things on those defects. because you have to wait for it to be shipped back to get another one out and all this. I gave it 3 stars average because I am just not sure about this microwave given the facts of the handle not being white as it should be on pictures, very misleading to me and the other defects as well plus keeping in mind other reviews of people saying how they got it and it never worked. So I am wondering how good is this microwave. also I left out one more thing I found out after calling Oster that proctor silex and sunbeam are also there company I don't like proctor silex

Bought the Oster 1.1 cu.ft. 1000 wt. microwave item 1533061 online. When I setup the microwave it would not work at all. Very disappointed with this. I had even researched online and read reviews for this microwave. FYI- the store location where I live would not take it back as return so I had to call 800 number for return and a carrier was sent to pick it up and return it.
Can't say I would recommend since it never worked to begin with!.
